This contest is open to the administrative Secretaries of normal class of central administration of the Ministry of the Interior, internal security and local freedoms having reached, to 31 December 2004 inclusive, at least the 7th step in their grade as well as administrative Secretaries of upper class of central administration of the Ministry of the Interior, internal security and local freedoms.
May occur also in this contest Secretaries of central administration of the Ministry of the Interior, homeland security and local freedoms in position of detachment out of Headquarters and filling at least one of the above conditions of seniority.
The total number of positions offered in the above competition will be fixed later by interministerial decree.

This folder will include individual participation card, a self-adhesive envelope pre-stamped and worded to the address where the candidate wishes to receive the acknowledgement of receipt and, if the applicant so wishes, a curriculum vitae (maximum 2 pages).
The closing date for entries is set to Friday 23 January 2004 inclusive, terms of rigour (postmark). Any incomplete or poorly informed folder will be rejected.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates admitted to compete subject to orders of the Minister of the Interior, internal security and local freedoms.
The written test of eligibility will be held in the Paris region, in Toulon for candidates of the pension service, Agen for candidates of the central service of the returnees and the oral test for admission, exclusively in Lognes.
