By order of the Minister of Interior, Homeland Security and Local Freedoms and of the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management dated 17 December 2003, the opening of a professional competition for access to the rank of exceptional administrative secretary of the central administration of the Ministry of Interior, Homeland Security and Local Freedoms was authorized under the year 2004 for the opening of a professional competition for access to the rank of exceptional administrative secretary of the central administration of the Ministry of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms.
This competition is open to the administrative secretaries of the normal class of central administration of the Ministry of Interior, Homeland Security and Local Freedoms who have reached, as of December 31, 2004 included, at least the 7th step of their rank as well as to the administrative secretaries of the headquarters of the Ministry of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms.
Can also present at this competition the central administrative secretaries of the Ministry of Interior, Homeland Security and Local Freedoms in a position of detachment outside the central administration and fulfilling at least one of the above-mentioned seniority conditions.
The total number of positions offered at the above-mentioned competition will be determined later by interdepartmental order.

This file will include the individual participation sheet, a timbrated self-adhesive envelope, and will be written at the address where the candidate wishes to receive the acknowledgement and, if the candidate wishes, a curriculum vitae (maximum 2 pages).
The closing date of registration is Friday, 23 January 2004, inclusive, term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held). Applicants will have to send, by post only, the registration file to the following address:

Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates admitted to compete will be subject to orders from the Minister of Interior, Homeland Security and Local Freedoms.
The written proof of eligibility will take place in the Paris region, in Toulon for the candidates of the pension service, in Agen for the candidates of the central service of the returnees and the oral admission test, exclusively in Lognes.
