LOI n° 2003-1211 of 19 December 2003 authorizing the approval of an agreement in the form of an exchange of letters supplementing the agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Italian Republic on cross-border cooperation in police and customs matters of 3 October 1997 (1)

The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article

It is authorized to approve the agreement in the form of an exchange of letters, signed in Paris and Imperia on 1 July 2002, supplementing the agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Italian Republic on cross-border cooperation in police and customs matters, signed on 3 October 1997, and annexed to this Act (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
