Considering the social security code, including articles R. 162-52 and R. 322-8;
Having regard to the amended Decree of 27 March 1972 setting out the General Nomenclature of Professional Acts of Physicians, Dentists, Midwives and Medical Auxiliaries;
In the light of the opinion of the Board of Care Offer of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees dated 14 October 2003,

For the purposes of 1 and 2 of Article R. 322-8 of the Social Security Code, the cumulative rules are determined as follows:
1. The coefficients of each of the therapeutic acts listed in K, KC, KCC, D and DC during the same session may be accumulated under the conditions provided for in Article 11 B of the general provisions of NGAP;
2. The coefficient of a therapeutic act or an invasive diagnostic act rated K, KC, KCC, D and DC can be accumulated with the coefficient of anesthesia performed for the realization of this act;
3. Zn quotes of acts using unsealed radioelements corresponding to the various effects of the same examination may be accumulated;
4. The coefficients of each of the sessions performed in the context of a radiotherapic treatment, or by radioactive isotopes, may be accumulated.
For the determination of the coefficient of the acts referred to above, the provisions of the NGAP established by the amended Decree of 27 March 1972 are applied.
This Order comes into force on 1 January 2004.
The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities and the Director General of the Forest and Rural Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
