Order of December 4, 2003 setting by country and group the rates of residence allowance for foreign service

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In light of amended Decree No. 67-290 of 28 March 1967 setting out the modalities for calculating the emoluments of State personnel and public institutions of the state of an administrative nature in service abroad, including articles 2 and 5,
Stop:

Article 1


The annual amounts of the foreign residence allowance are amended in accordance with the table annexed to this Order.

Article 2


The Director General of Administration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Director of Budget at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will take effect on 1 January 2004 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
