Decree of 9 December 2002 on delegation of signature

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In view of the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In view of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to the decree of 14 November 2002 appointing the Director General of Education and Research;
Considering the decision of 2 July 1999 on the organization and responsibilities of the general direction of teaching and research;
Considering the decision of 2 July 1999 on the organization of services of the general direction of teaching and research;
Having regard to the decision of 3 December 2002 on delegation of signature,
Decrete:

Article 1


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr.Michel Thibier, Mr.Jean Reparet, Head of Service, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to him.

Article 2


In the event of the absence or incapacitation of Mr Michel Thibier, MM. Eric Marshall and Jean-Joseph Michel, general engineers of rural engineering, water and forests, Ms. Maryse Hurtrel, exceptional teacher of agricultural higher education, Philippe Vissac, chief engineer of rural engineering, water and forests, Mr. Alain Sopena, engineer of rural engineering, water and forests, Ms. Brigitte Fevre, engineer of rural engineering, water and forests, have delegation

Article 3


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr.Michel Thibier and Mrs. Brigitte Fevre, Mr. Gilbert Pescatori, a rural engineering engineer, water and forests, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to him.

Article 4


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr.Michel Thibier and Ms.Maryse Hurtrel, Mr. Laurent Nouchi, Senior Executive Officer, has delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to him.

Article 5


In case of absence or incapacitation of MM. Michel Thibier and Jean-Joseph Michel, Ms. Annie Bouatou, Senior Executive Officer, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to him.

Article 6


In case of absence or incapacitation of MM. Michel Thibier and Philippe Vissac, Jacques Loyat, Chief Engineer of Rural Engineering, Water and Forests, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to him.

Article 7


The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
