Judgment of 30 November 2004 setting out the list of trade union organizations capable of appointing representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Higher Education Bibliography Agency and the number of seats allocated to each of them

Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, including its article 15;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 concerning the technical committees of parity, in particular articles 8 and 11, second paragraph;
Having regard to the decision of 16 August 2002 establishing, constituting and responsibilities of the Central Joint Technical Committee of Public Institutions under the Minister of National Education or the Minister for Higher Education, as amended by the decrees of 15 September 2003 and 12 July 2004;
In view of the decision of August 16, 2002, setting out the terms and conditions for consultation with public institution staff under the Minister of National Education or the Minister for Higher Education to determine the representativeness of trade union organizations to be represented on the central technical committee of each institution;
Having regard to the minutes of the October 7, 2004 poll on the consultation of staff of the Higher Education Bibliographic Agency,

The list of trade union organizations capable of appointing representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Higher Education Bibliographic Agency and the number of seats of holders and alternates assigned to each of them are set out in the table below:

Trade union organizations shall have a period of two days from the publication of this Order to designate their incumbent or alternate representatives.

The Director of the Bibliographic Agency for Higher Education is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
