Having regard to the decision of August 16, 2002, establishing, composing and responsibilities of the Central Joint Technical Committee of Public Institutions under the Minister of National Education or the Minister for Higher Education;
In view of the decision of August 16, 2002, setting out the terms and conditions for consultation with public institution staff under the Minister of National Education or the Minister for Higher Education to determine the representativeness of trade union organizations to be represented on the central technical committee of each institution;
Having regard to the minutes of the November 5, 2002 poll on the consultation of staff of the École nationale supérieure des arts et industries textiles de Roubaix,

Trade union organizations shall have a period of two days from the publication of this Order to designate their incumbent and alternate representatives.
The Director of the Ecole nationale supérieure des arts et industries textiles de Roubaix is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
