On the report of the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts and Liberal Professions, the Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing, and the Minister Delegate for Employment, Labour and Vocational Inclusion of Youth,
Having regard to Act No. 73-1193 of 27 December 1973 as amended for the orientation of trade and crafts, in particular Article 59;
Having regard to Act No. 82-1091 of 23 December 1982, as amended, on the vocational training of craftsmen, in particular article 2 of the Act;
In light of Act No. 2005-582 of 2 August 2005 for small and medium-sized enterprises,
Decrete:
The duration of the period referred to in the last paragraph of section 2 of the above-mentioned Act of 2 August 2005 relating to the conditions for the initiation of the management internship provided for in section 59 of the above-mentioned Act of 27 December 1973 is six months.
The duration of the period referred to in the 3rd of section 4 of the above-mentioned Act of 2 August 2005 relating to the installation preparation stage provided for in section 2 of the above-mentioned Act of 23 December 1982 is fixed to six months.
The Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing, the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts and Liberal Professions, and the Minister Delegate for Employment, Labour and Vocational Inclusion of Young People are responsible, each with respect to this Order, for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
