In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of the amended Decree No. 88-646 of 6 May 1988 on the special status of specialized library shoppers;
In view of Decree No. 2005-1090 of 1 September 2005 on the advancement of rank in the bodies of state administrations;
Considering Decree No. 2005-1228 of 29 September 2005 on the organization of careers of category C officials;
Having regard to the advice of the departmental technical committee for higher education and research dated 11 July 2005;
The State Council (Finance Section) heard,
Decrete:
Article 4 of the above-mentioned Decree of 6 May 1988 is amended as follows:
1° The second sentence of the third paragraph is deleted.
2° The fourth to seventh preambular paragraphs shall be replaced by the following:
"The specialized shopkeeper's body has the rank of a regular-class specialist shopkeeper and the rank of a non-class specialist shopkeeper.
The maximum number of Chief Shopers who can be promoted to the rank of Principal Shopkeeper and the maximum number of Standard Class Specialized Shoppers who can be promoted to the rank of Senior Specialized Shoppers are determined pursuant to Decree No. 2005-1090 of 1 September 2005 on the advancement of rank in the bodies of State Administrations. »
The title I: Permanent Provisions of the same decree is deleted.
At the A of Article 10 of the same decree, the words: "aged forty-five years at the latest on January 1 of the year of the contest and" are deleted.
Article 12 of the same decree is repealed.
Article 12-1 of the same decree is amended as follows:
1° In the first paragraph, the word "nine" is replaced by the word "eighth".
2° In the table in the same article, the words: "9th step, 10th and 11th step" are replaced by the words: "8th step, 9th step and 10th step".
In article 14 of the same decree, the words "second class" are replaced by the words "normal class".
Article 15 of the same decree is amended as follows:
1° The first paragraph is deleted.
2° In the second paragraph, the words "external competition" are inserted after the words "All candidates".
Article 21 of the same decree is repealed.
In article 22 of the same decree, the words "first class having reached the sixth grade" are replaced by the words "normal class having reached the fifth grade".
The last two paragraphs of Article 23 of the Decree are replaced by the following provisions:
"Candidates appointed as Chief Shoppers and Standard Class Specialized Shoppers are classified pursuant to Articles 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Order of September 29, 2005 concerning the organization of careers of Category C officials."
Articles 25 and 26 of the same decree are repealed.
In article 27-1 of the same decree, the words: ", within 20% of the total strength of each of these bodies" are deleted.
Title II of the same decree until section 37 included is repealed.
Article 38 of the same decree becomes Article 28.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, the Minister of Public Service, the Minister for Budget and State Reform, the spokesperson for the Government, and the Minister for Higher Education and Research are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
