In view of Decree No. 2005-632 of 30 May 2005 on conditions of appointment and advancement in the employment of chief engineer of public works of the State of the first group and in the employment of chief engineer of public works of the State of the second group,
Stop:
Pursuant to Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 30 May 2005, the functions corresponding to the employment of chief engineer of public works of the State of the second group referred to in Article 2 of the same decree are, for jobs under the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry:
- central administration: mission manager in the department of quality of service and certification of the general management of state modernization;
- Assistant to the Director, Head of Department or Deputy to a Head of Department within the Technical Service of Electric Energy and Major Dams;
- responsible for mission or project with the Director of the Technical Service for Electrical Energy and Large Dams;
- national notoriety expert, recognized by an evaluation body assigned to the technical service of electrical energy and major dams;
- Assistant to the Director or Chief of Division of a Regional Directorate of Industry, Research and the Environment;
- mission or project manager with the Director of a Regional Directorate of Industry, Research and the Environment.
The order of 6 April 2001 for the application of Article 1 of Decree No. 76-213 of 26 February 1976 is repealed.
The Director General of Personnel and Administration at the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea and the Director of Personnel and Adaptation of the Professional Environment at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
