Order of November 25, 2004 amending the list of ports likely to open right to the early termination allowance of activity of asbestos workers in favor of professional and port docker workers ensuring the handling

Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion, Minister of Health and Social Welfare and Minister of Equipment, Transport, Land Management, Tourism and the Sea,
Considering the code of the marine ports, and in particular the book V bearing the regime of work in the marine ports;
Having regard to amended section 41 of Act No. 98-1194 of 23 December 1998 on social security financing for 1999;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 99-247 of 29 March 1999 on the allocation of early termination of activity under section 41 of the Social Security Financing Act for 1999;
In view of the amended decision of 7 July 2000, setting out the list of ports that may open up right to the early termination allowance of activity of asbestos workers in favour of professional and port docker workers ensuring handling;
In view of the opinion of the Board of Occupational Accidents and Diseases of the National Health Insurance Fund of Employee Workers dated 24 September 2004,
Stop:

Article 1

The list of ports that may open up to the anticipated termination of activity allowance of asbestos workers annexed to the above-mentioned decision of 7 July 2000 is amended in accordance with the schedule to this Order.

Article 2

The Director of Social Security, the Director of Labour Relations, the Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Lands and the Director of the Budget are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
