In view of the amended decision of 7 July 2000, setting out the list of ports that may open up right to the early termination allowance of activity of asbestos workers in favour of professional and port docker workers ensuring handling;
In view of the opinion of the Board of Occupational Accidents and Diseases of the National Health Insurance Fund of Employee Workers dated 24 September 2004,

The list of ports that may open up to the anticipated termination of activity allowance of asbestos workers annexed to the above-mentioned decision of 7 July 2000 is amended in accordance with the schedule to this Order.
The Director of Social Security, the Director of Labour Relations, the Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Lands and the Director of the Budget are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
