By a joint decision of the Minister Delegate for Budget and State Reform, spokesperson for the Government, and the Minister Delegate for Higher Education and Research dated 16 August 2006, the amended convention of the public interest group "Centre d'études et de recherches santé-work-environnement" (CERESTE) is approved.
Name
The CERESTE public interest group is known as the "Centre d'études et de recherches santé-work-environnement".
Subject
The CERESTE public interest group has structured its research around a general theme "work health and mutations of industrial societies", developed in two transverse and multidisciplinary axes:
- assessment and management of industrial and environmental risks in the workplace;
- the impact of technological and organizational changes on health and health-health-work and public policies.
Duration
The constitutive agreement of the group is extended for a period of six years until 17 October 2012.
Management mode
The accounts of the group are maintained according to the rules of public law accounting. In accordance with Article 5 of Decree No. 83-204 of 15 March 1983, as amended, the provisions of the Decree of 29 December 1962 relating to industrial and commercial public establishments with an accountant are applicable.
