In view of the administrative justice code, including article L. 222-2-1,
Decrete:
It is allocated to the honorary administrative magistrates appointed by the presidents of administrative tribunals to rule on disputes relating to the deportation orders an allowance by hearing actually held. Its amount, which may vary according to the number of cases registered in the role, is determined by joint decree of ministers responsible for the economy and finance, justice and public service.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Public Service and the Minister for Budget and Reform of the State, the spokesperson for the Government, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
