In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to the amended Decree No. 65-1147 of 15 December 1965 relating to the special status of engineers of the technical services of the interior ministry, including articles 6 to 11;
In view of the decision of 7 November 2002 setting out the modalities for organizing the competitions for the recruitment of engineers of the technical services of the Ministry of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms;
On the proposal of the Secretary-General,
Stop:
In article 1 of the above-mentioned decision of November 7, 2002, the words "external and internal competitions" are replaced by the words "external competition, internal competition and pre-recruitment competition".
Section 4 of the above-mentioned decision of 7 November 2002 is replaced by the following provisions:
“Art. 4. - The application to compete must be:
A. - External competition and internal competition
1. A curriculum vitae absolutely limited to two pages.
2. A maximum of three pages, including:
- for candidates for the external contest: their motivation, the jobs they occupied, the internships they carried out and the nature of the activities and work they carried out or to which they took part;
- for candidates for the internal competition: their experiences and motivations to occupy a position as engineer of the technical services of the equipment.
B. - Pre-recruitment competition
1. A curriculum vitae absolutely limited to two pages, including the curricula of studies followed by candidates.
2. A maximum of three pages describing the motivation of candidates.
3. Notes issued during the engineering cycle year prior to the examination.
4. Any document certifying the passage of candidates in the penultimate year of a graduate cycle leading to the issuance of an engineering degree. »
Section 6 of the above-mentioned decision of 7 November 2002 is supplemented by the following provisions:
C. - Pre-recruitment competition,
real estate and/or logistics sectors
Eligibility phase
The eligibility phase consists in the examination by the jury of the files of candidates authorized to participate in the competition. This review should include an assessment of the level of knowledge and skills of candidates (coefficient 3).
Intake phase
The admission phase consists of an interview with the jury to assess the candidate's reflection qualities, his motivations and his ability to perform the technical engineering functions of the equipment (maximum duration: 40 minutes, coefficient 5).
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
