Decree of 24 November 2003 on delegation of signature

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
In view of the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In view of the amended Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
Having regard to the decree of 1 August 2003 on delegation of signature;
Having regard to the decision of 7 January 1993 on the organization of the Directorate of Financial Affairs and General Administration, as amended by the decision of 2 September 1999;
Having regard to the amended decision of 15 September 1999 on the organization of sub-directions of the financial affairs and general administration in offices;
Having regard to the decision of 1 August 2003 on delegation of signature to the Director of Financial Affairs and General Administration,
Decrete:

Article 1


Article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of 1 August 2003 is thus written:
"Art. 1st. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Christian Serradji, Director of Financial Affairs and General Administration, the delegation provided for in Article 1 of the above-mentioned Order of 1 August 2003 shall, within the limits of his powers, be vested in Mr. François Cazottes, Senior Civil Officer. »

Article 2


The 5th and 6th of Article 5 of the above-mentioned Decree of 1 August 2003 are thus written:
« 5° Mr. Antoine de la Guéronnière, Civil Administrator, has a delegation to sign all vouchers of expenses and revenues, all contracts without prior formalities of less than EUR 10,000 (TTC) and all travel vouchers in Metropolitan France and overseas, within the limits of the responsibilities of the Office of Administrative and Financial Management and Modernization;
« 6° Isabelle Bouton, Senior Administrative Officer, has a delegation to sign all travel vouchers in Metropolitan and Overseas France and any supporting documentation of expenditures and revenues less than EUR 10,000 (TTC), within the limits of the responsibilities of the Office of Administrative and Financial Management and Modernization; "

Article 3


The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
