Judgment of 7 November 2003 setting the list of representative trade union organizations to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National School of Aeronautical Construction Engineers and the number of seats allocated to each of them

The Minister of Defence,
In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 concerning the technical committees of parity;
Having regard to Decree No. 94-845 of 30 September 1994 on the organization of the National School of Aeronautical Construction Engineers;
Having regard to the decision of 4 April 2003 establishing the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National School of Aeronautical Construction Engineers;
In view of the decision of 4 April 2003, setting out the terms and conditions for consultation with organized personnel to determine the representativeness of trade union organizations to designate representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National School of Aeronautical Construction Engineers;
In view of the minutes of the consultation of the staff of the National School of Aeronautical Construction Engineers, held on 2 October 2003,

Article 1


The following union organizations are authorized to designate staff representatives in the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National School of Aeronautical Construction Engineers:
The National Federation of State Workers (FNTE) CGT;
The unionist federation Force of Defence, the arms industries and the sectors assimilated CGT-FO.

Article 2


The distribution of seats among trade union organizations referred to in Article 1 above is as follows, taking into account the results of the staff consultation held on 2 October 2003:

Article 3


The trade union organizations referred to in Article 1 of this Order shall have a period of fifteen days from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Journal of the French Republic to inform the Director of the National School of Aeronautical Construction Engineers of the name of the representatives appointed to occupy the seats of a member and an alternate member assigned to them.

Article 4


The Director of the National School of Aeronautical Construction Engineers is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
