Decree of 21 November 2002 on delegation of signature

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea,
In view of the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In view of the amended Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
Having regard to the decree of 31 July 2001 appointing the Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Transport;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-984 of 12 July 2002 on the powers delegated to the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea;
Having regard to the Decree of 23 July 2002 on delegation of signature;
Having regard to the amended decision of 30 May 1997 on the organization of the direction of maritime transport, ports and coastline;
In view of the amended decision of 30 May 1997 setting out the organization of sub-directions in offices of the marine transport, ports and coastline,
Decrete:

Article 1


Article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of 23 July 2002 is replaced by the following provisions:
“Art. 3. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Alain Gille, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coast, and Mr. Philippe Maler, Deputy Director, Delegation is given to Mr. Christian Locq, Senior Officer of Central Administration, to Mr. Nicolas Péhau, Administrator of Maritime Affairs, to Ms. Marie-Sophie Dufau-Richet, Civil Administrator, and to Ms. Annette Gogneau »

Article 2


The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea and the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
