Considering Decree No. 85-659 of July 2, 1985 amended fixing the Organization of the central administration of the Ministry of urban development, housing and transport;
Seen the Decree of 31 July 2001 appointing the Director of maritime transport, ports and the coastline.
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Seen the Decree of 17 June 2002 relating to the composition of the Government;
See Decree No. 2002 - 983 of July 12, 2002 related to the powers of the Minister of equipment, transport, housing, tourism and the sea;
See Decree No. 2002 - 984 of July 12, 2002 related to the powers delegated to the Secretary of State for transport and the sea;
Seen the Decree of July 23, 2002 delegation of signature;
Given the Decree of 30 May 1997 amended on the Organization of management of maritime transport, ports and coastline;
Given the Decree of 30 May 1997 amended fixing the Organization of branches in offices of management of maritime transport, ports and coastline, decreed: Article 1 article 3 of the Decree of 23 July 2002 referred to above is replaced by the following: 'art. 3 - in case of absence or impediment of Mr. Alain Gille, Director of maritime transport, ports and the coastline, and Mr. Philippe Maler, Deputy Director, delegation is given to Mr. Christian Locq, Attaché principal Central Administration, to Mr. Nicolas Péhau, Director of Maritime Affairs, to Ms. Marie-Sophie Dufau-Richet, Director, civil, and Ms. Annette Gogneau, attached to Headquarters, to the effect of sign within the limits of their powers and on behalf of the Secretary of State to transport and the sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding the decrees. ' Article 2 the Minister of equipment, transport, housing, tourism and the sea and the Secretary of State for transport and the sea are responsible, each which is concerned, of the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
