Order of October 18, 2005 setting out the list of trade union organizations capable of appointing representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Directorate of Maritime Affairs of the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea, as well as the number of seats allocated to each of them

Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea,
Having regard to the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants;
In view of Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 on the technical committees of parity, in particular article 8 of the Decree;
In view of the amended Decree No. 97-156 of 19 February 1997 on the organization of the decentralized services of ocean affairs;
Having regard to the decision of 23 May 2005 on the organization of the general direction of the sea and transport;
In view of the Order of 23 August 2005 amending the amended Order of 12 September 1997 establishing technical parity committees at the central administration and in the decentralized services of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing, including Article 3;
Based on the results of the elections to the Joint Administrative Committees of 20 March 2003 and 16 June 2004,
Stop it!

Article 1


The following trade union organizations are declared capable of appointing representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Directorate of Maritime Affairs according to the following proposals:
General Confederation of Labour (CGT Mer):
Holding members: 6.
Alternate members: 6.
National Autonomous Union of Sea Administration Personnel (SNA Mer):
Holding members: 2.
Alternate members: 2.
Workers' Force-Federation of Equipment, the Environment, Transport and Services (FO):
Member: 1.
Alternate member: 1.
French Democratic Confederation of Labour - Federal Capital Union (FGTE-CFDT):
Member: 1.
Alternate member: 1.

Article 2


The trade union organizations referred to above shall have a maximum period of ten days from the date of publication of this order to designate their incumbent and alternate representatives.

Article 3


The Director of Maritime Affairs is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
