Judgment of November 15, 2007 authorizing for 2008 the opening of a professional examination for access to the rank of exceptional administrative secretary of the interior and overseas (women and men)

By order of the Minister of the Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities dated November 15, 2007, is authorized under the year 2008 to open a professional examination for access to the rank of Exceptional Administrative Secretary of the Interior and Overseas.
This examination is open to the regular-class secretaries of the interior and overseas who have reached, as of December 31, 2008 included, at least the 7th step of their rank and to the senior administrative secretaries of the interior and overseas (women and men).
The total number of professional examination positions will be determined later by ministerial order.
The closing date of registration is set at 21 December 2007 inclusive, term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held).
Applicants will be required to send their registration documentation by post only under the following conditions:
- for staff with administrative management under the General Secretariat:
- at the prefecture of which they depend if they are in office in prefecture, or underprefecture or in an administrative court (excluding Parisian administrative courts);
- Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities (MIOC, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Administrative Competitions Section), 27, Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, if they are in office in the central departments of the Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Authorities, or the Secretariat of State overseas or in the administrative courts of Paris;
- for all other situations, at the examination center of their choice.
This registration file will necessarily include:
- the registration form;
- a curriculum vitae, limited to two pages, specifying, in addition to the name, first name, date of birth, titles and diplomas, the initial training and the main stages of the professional career. The candidates will complete the description of their professional curriculum by presenting the main missions and responsibilities and results achieved;
- the evaluation sheets for the last three years;
- a self-adhesive envelope (standard format), freed at EUR 0.54, labeled at the address where the candidate wishes to receive the acknowledgement of receipt.
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
File withdrawal:
- to the offices of prefectures;
- by download: www.interieur.gouv.fr;
- by mail addressed to the Ministry of the Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities (MIOC, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Administrative Contests Section), 27, Les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, joining an A4 envelope, which is EUR 1.30 and is labeled on behalf of the applicant;
- by mail addressed to the overseas State Secretariat (DAPAF/AAF, Human Resources Office, section GPEEC), 27, rue Oudinot, 75358 Paris, by joining an envelope format A4, freed at EUR 1.30 and labeled on behalf and address of the candidate or by download: www.outre-mer.gouv.fr;
- on site, at the recruitment and professional promotion office, 27, les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes (Seine-et-Marne) at the Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities.
The written test will take place on 18 March 2008 for officers whose administrative management reports to the General Secretariat:
- in the 44 examination centres indicated below if they are in prefecture, underprefecture or administrative jurisdiction (excluding Parisian administrative courts):
A. - Métropole : Ajaccio, Amiens, Angers, Annecy, Bastia, Besançon, Bordeaux, Bourges, Caen, Châlons-en-Champagne, Clermont-Ferrand, Créteil, Digne-les-Bains, Dijon, Grenoble, Lille, Limoges, Lyon, Marseille, Metz, Montauban, Montpellier, Nancy, Nantes, Nice, Orléans,
B. - overseas departments and territories: Basse-Terre, Cayenne, Dzaoudzi, Fort-de-France, Nouméa, Papeete, Saint-Denis-de-la-Réunion, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon;
- in Arcueil (Val-de-Marne), if they are in office in the central departments of the Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Authorities, or the State Secretariat overseas or in the administrative courts of Paris; to Toulon for the staff of the Draguignan and Agen Pension Office for the staff of the Central Returning Service.
The oral admission test will take place in the Paris region.
