Key Benefits:
Four competitions for admission to the Special Military School of Saint-Cyr will be held in 2007:
- science contest;
- competition for economic and social sciences;
- contest letters ;
- bacon contest + 3.
The Eligibility Tests for the Science Competition will take place from April 23 to 26, 2007, as part of the Notes Bank of the Joint Polytechnical Competition Service (SCCP), and admissions from June 17 to July 3, 2007.
The examinations for the economic and social sciences competition, an economic option, will take place on 30 April 2007 and on 4, 7, 9 and 10 May 2007, as part of the joint bank of essays written for the high commercial education of the board of admissions and competitions of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (DAC/CCIP), and admissions from 2 to 8 July 2007.
The Eligibility Tests for the Letters Contest, Option A/L, B/L and LSH, will take place on 3, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 14 May 2007, as part of the joint bank of essays for the high commercial teaching of the board of admissions and competitions of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (DAC/CCIP), and admissions from 3 to 9 July 2007.
The competitive examinations for the bac + 3 competition will take place on 21 and 22 March 2007, as part of the organisation adopted by the board of admissions and competitions of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (DAC/CCIP), and admission examinations from 28 June to 3 July 2007.
All admission tests will be organised in the Paris region by the command of the formation of the army of land (CoFAT).
The number of places offered to each competition will be subject to an order to be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
Candidates can only attend one of these four contests in the same year and must meet the conditions for the admission examinations to the Saint-Cyr Military Special School set by the amended July 25, 2002.

- competitions for economic and social sciences and letters: the application file can be obtained, after registration on the Internet : http://www.concours-bce.com, between 5 December 2006 and 15 January 2007, at the board of admissions and competitions of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (DAC/CCIP);
- bac + 3 contest : the application file can be obtained, after registration on the internet : http://www.dac-concours.net, between 1st and 16th February 2007, at the board of admissions and competitions of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (DAC/CCIP).
Candidates from foreign states can also compete for admission to the St.Cyr Military Special School abroad. The modalities of the contest are defined by special instruction.
