Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea dated 2 November 2005, is authorized under the year 2006 to open two competitions (external and internal) for the recruitment of delegates to the driver's licence and road safety.
The registration period will begin on Monday, December 12, 2005 and will close on Friday, January 13, 2006.
The date of the written examination is 23-24 February 2006 for the external competition and 23 February 2006 for the internal competition.
The total number of positions offered at the competition will be subject to an order by the Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The composition of the jury will be subject to an order by the Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea.

To receive a paper file by mail, attach an envelope to the request in the format of 22.9 x 32.4 cm, labeled on the name and address of the candidate and posted at the current rate for a letter of 200 grams weight, specifying which contest you wish to register.
Otherwise, no records will be sent.
Filing of records:
For all candidates, the application for registration will be required on the form specifically established for this competition.
The registration date will begin on Monday, December 12, 2005 and will close on Friday, January 13, 2006.
The registration file, accompanied by any supporting documents and three timbrous envelopes, will be exclusively entrusted to postal services in a timely manner to ensure that the shipment envelope addressed exclusively to the Ministry of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea, General Directorate of Personnel and Administration (under-direction of recruitment, competitions and training, RCF office 2), competition "delegated to the road permit", Defence Cedex may be obliterated by the date of January 13, 2006 (the stamp of the position being held).
Any file filed after that date or reached in RCF 2 in an envelope bearing a post cachet after Friday, January 13, 2006 or after that date in an envelope bearing no post cachet will be refused.
