A decree of the President of the Rhone General Council of 14 October 2004 opened a title contest for the recruitment of socio-educational assistants (skilled educator) from the hospital public service to fill 8 vacancies at the departmental institute for children and the family.
Candidates who meet the conditions listed in article 3 of Decree No. 93-652 of 26 March 1993 on the special status of socio-educational assistants of the public hospital service.
