Having regard to periodic inspection of large bulk containers for the transport of dangerous goods;
Considering the request of 27 September 2004 of APAVE Groupe, sis 191, rue de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris;
In view of the opinion of the Inter-Ministerial Commission on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (CITMD) in its session of 20 October 2004,

APAVE Group is a registered body within the framework of Chapter 6.5 of Annexes A to the ADR and I Order of the RID Order referred to in order to conduct periodic tests and inspections of the large bulk containers referred to in subsections 6.5.1.6 (paragraph 6.5.1.6.4) and 6.5.4.14.
However, this approval is only validated to the extent that APAVE Group shall remain a registered body for the periodic inspection of tanks referred to in subsection 6.8.2.4 of the above-mentioned annexes.
APAVE Group shall, in order to carry out operations arising out of its approval referred to in section 1, respect the terms and conditions set out in the procedures established in this regard by its care and endorsed by the Minister for Transport.
APAVE Group is required to observe procedures for the application of regulatory provisions, which are published in the Official Bulletin or notified to it by the Minister responsible for transport.
The provisions of this Order, revocable at any time, are in force only until 31 December 2005.
The Director of Land Transport is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
