In view of the requests submitted by the CIRPRECA foresight institutions, whose head office is in Paris (75014), 37 Boulevard Brune, and SME Foresight, whose head office is in Paris (75014), 35 boulevard Brune, for the approval of the transfer, by way of fusion-absorption, with their rights and obligations, of the entire portfolios of newsletters to the regulations
Considering the deliberation of 28 June 2006 of the extraordinary general assembly of the CIRPRECA Provident Institution;
Considering the deliberation of June 21, 2006 of the extraordinary general assembly of the SME Provident Institution;
Considering the deliberation of June 29, 2006 of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the AG2R Provident Institution;
Having regard to the notice published in the Official Journal of 8 September 2006 inviting creditors of the relevant agencies to submit their comments on the proposed transfer;
Considering the opinion of 6 October 2006 issued by the Insurance and Mutual Authority;
Given the supporting documents, including the merger treaty and the report of the Merger Commissioner,

As of January 1, 2006, the merger of the CIRPRECA foresight and SME Foresight Institutions and the transfer under the conditions set out in Article L. 931-16 of the Social Security Code, with their rights and obligations, of all their portfolios of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts to the AG2R foresight institution.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
