Judgment of 12 November 2004 on delegation of signature (direction of economic and international policies)

Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In view of the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In view of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999, as amended by Decree No. 2003-238 of 17 March 2003, establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
Having regard to the decree of 1 August 2002 appointing the Director of Economic and International Policy;
Having regard to the amended Decree of 7 August 2002 on delegation of signature;
Having regard to the decree of 30 March 2004 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the amended Decree of 31 March 2004 on the composition of the Government;
Considering the decision of 2 July 1999 on the organization and responsibilities of the direction of economic and international policies;
Having regard to the decision of 2 July 1999 on the organization of services of the economic and international policy leadership;
In view of the decree of 2 July 1999 establishing a national jurisdiction service known as the news service of the markets;
Having regard to the decision of 7 August 2002 on delegation of signature,
Stop it!

Article 1


After Article 1 of the above-mentioned Order of August 7, 2002, articles 1-1 to 1-3 are inserted as follows:
"Art. 1-1. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Bruno Hot, Mr. Christian Ligeard, Head of Service, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to him.
"Art. 1-2. - In the event of the absence or incapacitation of Mr. Bruno Hot and Mr. Christian Ligeard, Mr. Stéphane Le Moing, Deputy Director, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to him.
"Art. 1-3. - In the event of the absence or incapacitation of Mr. Bruno Hot, Christian Ligeard and Stéphane Le Moing, Mr. Dominique Lartigolle, Head of Mission, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to him. »

Article 2


The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
