Order of 29 October 2003 bearing delegation of signature

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In view of the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to Decree No. 2002-893 of 15 May 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry;
Having regard to the Order of 29 August 2003 on the organization of the pension service;
Having regard to the Order of 29 August 2003 on the organization of sub-directions of the pension service;
In light of the Order of 29 October 2003 appointing the Chief of the Pension Service,
Stop it!

Article 1

Mr. Jean-Louis Rouquette, head of the pension service, receives permanent delegation, on behalf of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and within the limits of his powers, to sign any acts, orders, decisions or conventions.

Article 2

The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
