By order of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment dated October 30, 2007, regardless of the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to employment reserved to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and the legislative and regulatory provisions authorizing the contractual recruitment of the beneficiaries of the obligation of employment referred to in section 27 of Act No. 84-16 of January 11, 1984, is authorized under the terms of the 2008 competition
The number of posts available for these recruitments is as follows:
- external competition (as provided for in Article 4-1 a of the Decree of 3 April 1998 on the special status of the corps of the superior technicians of the industry and mines): 33;
- internal competition (as provided in Article 4-1 b of the same decree): 4.
In addition, 12 positions will be offered to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and 4 positions will be offered by contract to beneficiaries of the employment obligation referred to in Article 27 of the Act of 11 January 1984.
The positions not filled by the beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims will be added to the jobs to be filled through competitions.
The date of the termination of pre-registration on the internet or the departmental intranet, the application or withdrawal of registration records to the competition sector of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment is fixed on Thursday, January 3, 2008, up to 6 p.m. (Metropole hour), the deadline for rigory (the cachet of the position being declared).
The date of the end of the confirmation of registrations on the internet or the departmental intranet, the sending or filing of registration records to the competition sector of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment is fixed on Thursday, January 17, 2008, up to 6 p.m. (Metropolis time), the deadline for rigory (the cachet of the position being held).
Confirmation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory. In the absence of confirmation on time, pre-registration to the contest will be deemed null and, in fact, deleted from the selection.
Any file filed or posted without delay may not be considered.
Applications must be made on the forms issued to this effect by the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment.
