Order of October 4, 2004 approving an air quality monitoring association under the environmental code (book II, title II)

Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development,
Considering the environmental code, book II, title II;
Given the Customs Code, including section 266 decies relating to the general tax on polluting activities;
In light of Decree No. 98-361 of 6 May 1998 on the accreditation of air quality monitoring bodies,
Stop it!

Article 1

The following association is approved under Article L. 221-3 of the Environmental Code for a period of one year from the date of this Order: Association for Air Quality Monitoring of the Region of the Eastern Bouches-du-Rhône, Var and Vaucluse "AIRMARAIX". This association exercises its competence in the departments of Var and Vaucluse and in the east of the Bouches-du-Rhône department: arrondissements of Marseille and Aix-en-Provence (except cantons of Salon-de-Provence and Pélissanne).

Article 2

The Director of Pollution Prevention and Risk is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
