Judgment of 4 November 2003 authorizing for the year 2004 the opening of a reserved competition for access to the corps of the administrative assistants of central administration (women and men) organized under title I of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the resorption of precarious employment and the modernization of recruitment in the public service as well as the working time in the territorial public service

By order of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities and the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management, dated November 4, 2003, is authorized under the year 2004 to open a competition reserved for access to the body of the administrative assistants of central administration (women and men).
The number of positions offered is 23 for the health-solidarity sector.
The contest reserved for access to the body of the Administrative Assistants of Central Administration includes:
- a written proof of eligibility;
- an oral admission test.
The written eligibility test will take place from Thursday, January 15, 2004, in Paris.
The oral admission test will also take place in Paris.
The closing date of registration is 10 December 2003, a term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held). Registration files must be obligatoryly established on a regulatory form and may be removed to the recruitment office, or printed directly by candidates from the website: www.sante.gouv.fr / "employment and competition" section "the competitions organized by the DAGPB" / see in "forecast calendars" or from the intranet site of the social and solidarity sectors / "administration" entries "human resources" " contests".
The complete application must be sent by the candidate only by post to the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities (DAGPB, Recruitment Office), 10, Place des Cinq-Martyrs-du-Lycée-Buffon, 75015 Paris.
This file includes:
- an established application on the print provided to the candidate;
- a statement of the services provided by the staff service to which the candidate reports.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates admitted to the competition will be subject to subsequent decrees by the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities.
