Judgment of 9 October 2002 setting out the list of trade union organizations capable of appointing representatives to the central technical committee of the Ecole nationale supérieure des arts et industries de Strasbourg and the number of seats allocated to each of them

Minister of Youth, National Education and Research,
In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, including its article 15;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 concerning the technical committees of parity, in particular articles 8 and 11 (second paragraph);
Having regard to the decision of August 16, 2002, establishing, composing and responsibilities of the Central Joint Technical Committee of Public Institutions under the Minister of National Education or the Minister for Higher Education;
In view of the decision of August 16, 2002, setting out the terms and conditions for consultation with public institution staff under the Minister of National Education or the Minister for Higher Education to determine the representativeness of trade union organizations to be represented on the central technical committee of each institution;
Having regard to the minutes of the September 26, 2002 poll on the consultation of staff of the Ecole nationale supérieure des arts et industries de Strasbourg,
Stop it!

Article 1


The list of trade union organizations capable of appointing representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the École nationale supérieure des arts et industries de Strasbourg and the number of seats of holders and alternates assigned to each of them are set out in the table below:

Article 2


Trade union organizations shall have a period of two days from the publication of this Order to designate their incumbent and alternate representatives.

Article 3


The Director of the Ecole nationale supérieure des arts et industries de Strasbourg is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
