Judgment of November 6, 2007 authorizing the opening of a professional examination for access to the rank of primary attacker for the administration of interior and overseas

By order of the Minister of the Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities dated November 6, 2007, is authorized under the year 2008 to open a professional examination for access to the rank of Principal Attachment of Internal and Overseas Administration.
This examination is open to officers of the internal and overseas administration who meet the conditions set out in articles 23 and 29 of Decree No. 2005-1215 of 26 September 2005 and in Article 9 of Decree No. 2006-1779 of 23 December 2006.
The total number of professional examination positions mentioned above will be determined later by ministerial order.
The closing date of registration is set at 11 December 2007 inclusive, term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held).
Applicants will be required to send their registration documentation by post only under the following conditions:
- for officers whose administrative management falls under the direction of the National Police Administration (PNA):
- at the prefecture/centre of examination of their choice, if they are in function in the national police services (excluding central administration);
- Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities (MIOC, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Administrative Competitions Section), 27, Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, if they are in function in the central services of MIOC;
- for staff with administrative management under the General Secretariat:
- at the prefecture of which they depend if they are in prefecture, subprefecture and administrative jurisdiction (excluding Parisian administrative courts);
- Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities (MIOC, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Administrative Competitions Section), 27, Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, if they are in office in the central departments of MIOC, the overseas state secretariat and the Paris administrative courts for all other situations, at the center of their choice.
This registration file will include:
- the completed and signed registration form;
- a detailed statement of service performed (nature, date, duration) prepared, upon request of the candidate, by the staff member;
- a curriculum vitae, limited to two pages, specifying, in addition to the name, first name, date of birth, titles and diplomas, the initial training and the main stages of the professional career. The candidates will complete the description of their professional curriculum by presenting the main missions and responsibilities and results achieved;
- a self-adhesive envelope (standard format), freed at 0.54 , labeled at the candidate's address.
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
File withdrawal:
- to the offices of prefectures;
- by download: www.interieur.gouv.fr;
- by mail addressed to the Ministry of the Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities (SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, Administrative Contests Section), 27, Les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, joining an envelope in A4 format, which is 1.30 and is written to the applicant's contact information;
- by mail addressed to the overseas State Secretariat (DAPAF/AAF, Human Resources Office, section GPEEC), 27 rue Oudinot, 75358 Paris, joining an envelope in format A4, posting at 1.30 and writing at the contact details of the candidate or www.outre-mer.gouv.fr;
- on site, at the recruitment and professional promotion office, 27, les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes (Seine-et-Marne) at the Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities.
The file withdrawal deadline is December 11, 2007.
The written event will take place on March 13, 2008:

In the 44 examination centres indicated below if they are in service in the National Police Service (excluding central government):


A. - Metropolis


Ajaccio, Amiens, Angers, Annecy, Digne, Dijon, Grenoble, Lille, Nice, Orléans, Pau, Perpignan, Bastia, Besançon, Bordeaux, Bourges, Caen, Châlons-en-Champagne, Clermont-Ferrand, Créteil, Limoges, Lyon, Marseille, Metz, Montauban, Montpellier, Nancy, Poitiers, Versailles


B. - Overseas Departments and Territories


Basse-Terre, Cayenne, Dzaoudzi, Fort-de-France, Nouméa, Papeete, Saint-Denis-de-la-Réunion, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
In Arcueil (Val-de-Marne) if they are based in the central departments of the Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Communities.
For staff with administrative management under the General Secretariat:
- in the 44 examination centres indicated above if they are in prefecture, subprefecture and administrative jurisdiction (excluding Parisian administrative courts);
- in Arcueil (Val-de-Marne) if they are in office in the central departments of the Ministry of Interior, Overseas and Territorial Authorities, the Secretariat of State Overseas and the Parisian administrative courts, in Toulon for the agents of the Draguignan and Agen pension office, for the agents of the central service of the returnees.
The oral admission test will take place in the Paris region.
