A job of Deputy Director is declared vacant in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The incumbent of this position shall serve as Deputy Director of Personnel within the Human Resources Directorate.
The sub-direction of staff is responsible for relations with non-recruited officials and non-recruited staff recruited on indefinite contracts of the Department of Foreign Affairs, with the exception of those managed by the sub-director of specialized and disconcerned personnel. It deals with the recruitment, assignments, evaluation and career paths of these personnel and ensures their management, in accordance with the general status of public servants or the regulations applicable to contractual agents, within the framework defined by the sub-direction of human resources policy.
The qualities required are:
- an interest in GRH;
- management and management skills;
- the sense of contact.
In accordance with the provisions of amended Decree No. 55-1226 of 19 September 1955 on the conditions of appointment and advancement in the jobs of chief of service, deputy director and deputy director of the central administrations of the State, applications must be forwarded, by hierarchical means, to the services of the Prime Minister, to the Ministry of Public Service, General Directorate of Administration and Public Service 23, 32, rue de Babylone, Paris (7e), Paris Cedex 16, within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
