Having regard to amended Decree No. 97-157 of 20 February 1997 on the jobs of Regional Director, Departmental Director and Deputy Director of Health and Social Affairs;
In view of Decree No. 2001-529 of 18 June 2001 on conditions of access to the management jobs of the decentralised services of the State,
Stop:
A ministerial validation commission is established with the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities, pursuant to section 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 18 June 2001.
This commission examines the nominations of officers for the jobs of regional director, departmental director and deputy director of health and social affairs in accordance with the conditions set out in articles 1 and 2 of the aforementioned decree of 18 June 2001.
The commission under section 1 above shall be composed as follows:
The Director of General Administration, Staff and Budget or his or her representative, President;
The Chief of the General Inspectorate of Social Affairs or his representative;
The Director General of Social Action or his representative;
The Director General of Health or his representative;
The Director of Hospitalization and Care Organization or his representative;
The Director of Population and Migration or his representative;
The Director of Social Security or his representative.
The commission is validly deliberated as long as at least four of its members are present. In the event of equal sharing of votes, the president's voice is preponderant.
The Commission's secretariat is provided by the Directorate of General Administration, Personnel and Budget of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Persons with Disabilities.
The Commission is convened by its Chairperson when at least one application, meeting the criteria set out in Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 18 June 2001, has declared itself to fill a vacant position as Regional Director, Departmental Director or Deputy Director of Health and Social Affairs.
The Commission's secretariat asks candidates for a file that includes all elements of the career and a detailed description of the functions occupied, allowing them to assess compliance with the statutory conditions required under Articles 1 and 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 18 June 2001.
Applicants certify the accuracy of all the information on file.
They are informed of the Board's notice.
The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
