Judgment of 22 October 2002 on the distribution of the occupational sections of the third and fourth instalments for the 2002 fiscal year to the National Insurance Fund for the Age of Professionals under generalized old-age compensation

Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Considering the social security code, including articles L. 134-1, R. 642-1 to R. 642-4, D. 134-7 and D. 134-8;
In view of the order of September 25, 2002, setting for 2002 the amounts and dates of payment of the deposits to various social security schemes relating to generalized old-age compensation and specific compensation between special old-age insurance schemes;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Pension Insurance Fund for Professionals of 10 October 2002,
Stop:

Article 1

The sum of 110 million euros corresponding to the third instalment of CNAVPL, for the year 2002 and pursuant to the above-mentioned decree of 25 September 2002, under the compensation established by Article L. 134-1 of the Social Security Code, is divided as follows between the professional sections of the Autonomous Organization for the Old Age Insurance of Professionals:

Article 2

The sum of 89 million euros corresponding to the fourth instalment of CNAVPL for the year 2002 and pursuant to the above-mentioned decision of 25 September 2002, under the compensation established by article L. 134-1 of the Social Security Code, is divided as follows between the professional sections of the Autonomous Organization of Insurance of Professionals:

Article 3

The occupational sections pay to the National Insurance Fund the amounts corresponding to their respective share on the following dates:
- 31 October 2002 for the deposit of 5 November 2002;
- December 3, 2002 for the deposit of December 5, 2002.

Article 4

The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Director of the Budget at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
