Having regard to the decision of 30 June 2006 on the institution and classification of the regional funds of social security in mines provided for in Article 14 of Decree No. 46-2769 of 27 November 1946, as amended, establishing social security in mines,
Stop it!
At the f of the 4th of Article 2 of the amended decree of 25 September 1998 referred to above, the words: "regional unions (URs) and mining rescue companies (SSM)" are replaced, from the date of the creation of the regional social security funds in mines, by the words: "regional social security funds in mines".
Section 3 of the amended dated 25 September 1998 order is amended to read as follows:
I. - The c of 1° shall be replaced by the following provisions:
"(c) For the social security regime in mines:
- Director of the National Autonomous Fund for Social Security in Mines (CANSSM);
- Regional director of social security in mines (CARMI) of categories A and B; »
II. - The c of 2° is replaced by the following:
"(c) For the social security regime in mines:
- Regional director of social security in mines (CARMI) of category C; »
III. - The c of the 3° is replaced by the following:
"(c) For the social security regime in mines:
- Regional director of social security in mines (CARMI) of category D; »
IV. - The c of the 4th is replaced by the following:
"(c) For the social security regime in mines:
- Accountant of the National Autonomous Fund for Social Security in Mines (CANSSM);
- Regional accounting officer for social security in mines (CARMI) of categories A and B;
- Deputy Director of the National Autonomous Fund for Social Security in Mines (CANSSM);
- Deputy Director of the Regional Fund for Social Security in Mines (CARMI) of categories A and B; »
V. - The c of 5° is replaced by the following provisions:
"(c) For the social security regime in mines:
- Regional accounting officer for social security in mines (CARMI) of category C;
- Deputy Director of the Regional Fund for Social Security in Mining (CARMI) Category C;
- Deputy Director of the National Autonomous Fund for Social Security in Mines (CANSSM);
- sub-director of level 1 of regional fund for social security in mines (CARMI) of categories A and B; »
VI. - The c of 6° is replaced by the following:
"(c) For the social security regime in mines:
- Regional accounting officer for social security in mines (CARMI) of category D;
- Assistant Accountant of the Regional Social Security Bank (CARMI) of categories A and B;
- Deputy Director of the Regional Fund for Social Security in Mining (CARMI) of category D;
- sub-director of level 2 of regional fund for social security in mines (CARMI) of categories A and B;
- Sub-Director of the Regional Fund for Social Security in Mining (CARMI) of Class C."
At the end of section 28, the following paragraph is added:
"The managerial officer who, prior to the date of the creation of the regional funds for social security in mines, is regularly appointed and approved as a holder in a job as director or accounting officer of the social security regime in mines shall retain, as a personal measure, the benefit of the class of fitness for which the job was registered, until the date of its approval in a new job under the same class or a higher class. »
The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Health and Solidarity is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
