Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea and the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management dated October 18, 2002, the opening of internal and external competitions for the recruitment of ground transportation controllers (women and men) is authorized under the year 2003.
The registration deadline is 5 December 2002.
The date of the written examination is the subject of an order by the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea.
The total number of places offered to the contests will be subject to an interdepartmental order which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The composition of the jury will be subject to an order by the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea.
Note. - Registration is usually done via the internet or, if not, by printed record established for this purpose by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea.
A. - The registration teleprocedure is accessible by the website of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, at the following address:
www.equipement.gouv.fr/recruitment.
The Internet registration deadline is December 5, 2002, at midnight Paris time, the registration date.
Until that date of registration, candidates already registered by the internet can modify the data of their file with their name and a personal code assigned to them when they are registered by teleprocedure. Any modification must be the subject of a new validation that is made via the internet.
B. - In the event of an impossibility to register by teleprocedure, candidates retain the possibility to register by filing the printed record prepared by the Ministry responsible for equipment, transportation, housing, tourism and the sea for that purpose.
The specific folder for this contest and its explanatory notice are available by download from the website of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, to the following address:

or may be withdrawn by mail or visit to:
(a) For people who do not live in Paris (75), at a departmental management of equipment (DDE);
(b) For people living in Paris (75), at the regional management of equipment in Ile-de-France (DREIF), training and competition office, 21-23, rue Miollis, 75732 Paris Cedex 15 (telephone: 01-40-61-82-85);
To receive a file by mail, attach an envelope to the request in the format of 22.9 x 32.4 cm, labeled on the applicant's name and address and posted at the current rate for a letter of 200 grams.
Otherwise, no records will be sent.
Each printed file will be:
- duly completed and accompanied by any supporting documents;
- sent to the address indicated in the explanatory notice accompanying the registration file and in accordance with the indications contained therein;
- entrusted to postal services in a timely manner so that the envelope is obliterated by 5 December 2002 (the stamp of the position being authentic), the closing date of the registrations.
Any paper registration records that occur in a DDE or the DREIF in an envelope bearing a post cachet after December 5, 2002, or that occur after that date in an envelope that does not have a post stamp will be refused.
