Decree of 14 October 2002 on the approval of an old-age insurance scheme for non-employed workers in industrial and commercial occupations in the Ile-de-France region competent for the departments of Paris and Hauts-de-Seine

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Secretary of State for Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade, Crafts, Professionals and Consumer Affairs,
Considering the social security code, including articles R. 632-3 and R. 633-10;
In view of the decree of 19 July 2000 approving the new territorial competences of the old-age insurance funds of non-employed workers in the industrial and commercial professions of Ile-de-France and Seine-et-Marne;
Having regard to the decision of 14 October 2002 on the withdrawal of approval of the ORGANIC body of the travelling professions, No. 75 W 151;
Having regard to the decision of 14 October 2002 on the withdrawal of approval of the ORGANIC CAPRICIF/HBJO, No. 75 W 141;
Having regard to the decision of 14 October 2002 on the withdrawal of approval of the ORGANIC Ile-de-France caisse, No. 75 W 157;
Having regard to the deliberations of the Board of Directors of ORGANIC Ile-de-France, dated 22 May 2000;
In view of the favourable opinion expressed at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Account of the Autonomous Organization of Old Age Insurance for Non-Employed Workers of Industry and Trade of 5 October 2000,
Stop:

Article 1


Is approved a new interprofessional fund of the Autonomous Organization of Old Age Insurance for Non-employed Workers in Industrial and Commercial Occupations, registered under number 75 W 158, whose seat is set in Paris and whose territorial jurisdiction extends to the departments of Paris and the Hauts-de-Seine.

Article 2


Nationals of the ORGANIC Ile-de-France, CAPRICIF/HBJO and travelling professions are attached to this credit union under the conditions provided for by the above-mentioned decrees with withdrawal of the approval of the said bodies.

Article 3


All assets and liabilities of the ex-caisse ORGANIC Ile-de-France are vested in him.

Article 4


As a derogatory, and until the general renewal of the boards of directors of the basic funds of the Autonomous Organization of Old Age Insurance of non-workers of the industrial and commercial professions, the board of directors of the ORGANIC caisse competent for the departments of Paris and the Hauts-de-Seine, registered under the number 75 W 158, is composed of the administrators of the ex-caisses CAPRICIF/HBJO, professions itin France

Article 5


The provisions of this Order shall be effective 1 January 2003.

Article 6


The Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
