In light of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the resorption of precarious employment and the modernization of recruitment in the public service as well as the organization of work in the territorial public service, in particular its article 1;
Having regard to Decree No. 2001-834 of 12 September 2001 on the recognition of the professional experience in equivalence of the conditions of titles or diplomas required to present themselves to the contests and professional examinations organized under Article 1 of Law No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001;
In view of Decree No. 2003-441 of 14 May 2003, organizing competitions for the recruitment of officials of the State of categories A, B and C and professional recruitment examinations reserved to certain non-registrant agents under the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, pursuant to Article 1 of Law No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the resorption of precarious employment and
Stop:
For reserved examinations or contests organized under Article 1 of the decree of 14 May 2003 referred to above for access to one of the host bodies listed in the list annexed to the decree of 14 May 2003, the commission established pursuant to Article 3 of the decree of 12 September 2001 referred to above is composed as follows:
1. A representative of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, President;
2. A representative of the management of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea in charge of the relevant employment sector;
3. A qualified personality, chosen among the officers in the Department of National Education.
The commission may also, in a consultative capacity, join one or more experts selected within the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea or another administration in consideration of their professional qualification skills.
The members of the commission, as well as, if any, the expert(s), are appointed by the authority responsible for organizing the contest or professional examination.
An alternate member is appointed for each incumbent member. The term of office of the incumbent and alternate members shall run until the last session of the contest or professional examination open during the period set out in the first paragraph of the law of 3 January 2001 referred to above. If a member, holder or alternate, or an expert may no longer carry out his or her mandate, he or she shall be replaced under the conditions set out in this article.
The Chair shall convene the members of the Commission, as well as, where appropriate, the experts, on the proposal of the department responsible for the organization of the competition or the professional examination that shall serve the secretariat of the Commission.
The commission shall rule by an absolute majority of its members.
The Director of Personnel, Services and Modernization at the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
