The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:
It is authorized to approve the agreement in the form of an exchange of letters, signed on 26 November and 30 December 2002, supplementing the Treaty of 7 July 1998 between the French Republic and the Kingdom of Spain on cross-border cooperation in police and customs matters, and the text of which is annexed to this Law (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
