The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article

Is authorized the ratification of the protocol relating to the accession of the European Community to the International Cooperation Convention for the Safety of Air Navigation "Eurocontrol" of 13 December 1960, as amended repeatedly and coordinated by the Protocol of 27 June 1997, and the text of which is annexed to this Act (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
