Decree No. 2007-1506 of 19 October 2007 amending Decree No. 64-754 of 25 July 1964 on the organization of the Ministry of Justice and establishing a spokesman for the Minister

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice, and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and Public Service,
Having regard to amended Decree No. 64-754 of 25 July 1964 concerning the organization of the Ministry of Justice;
Having regard to Decree No. 87-389 of 15 June 1987 concerning the organization of central administration services, as amended by Decree No. 2005-124 of 14 February 2005;
Considering the advice of the technical committee of the central administration of the Ministry of Justice dated 25 July 2007;
The State Council (inland section) heard,
Decrete:

The first paragraph of Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 25 July 1964 is replaced by the following provisions:
"The central administration of the Department of Justice includes, in addition to the Minister's office, the Office of the Cabinet and the Minister's Spokesperson:."

The Minister of Justice and the Minister of Budget, Public Accounts and the Public Service are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
