Decree of 14 October 2003 establishing the scope of the zones and the easements applicable to the vicinity of radio stations controlled by the Ministry of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms for the protection of radio receptions against electromagnetic disturbances

By Order in Council dated 14 October 2003, the plans and explanatory memorandums annexed to this Order (1) setting the limits of the area of protection and the area of custody established around each of the radio stations shall be approved:

The protection area is defined by the blue line, the guard area is defined by the yellow line.
The applicable easements of these zones are those established by Article R. 30 of the Post and Telecommunications Code.
