Judgment of 10 October 2002 on the fixing of residence times for officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in service in diplomatic missions and consular posts

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Having regard to amended Decree No. 67-290 of 28 March 1967 setting out the modalities for calculating the emoluments of State personnel and public institutions of the State with an administrative character in service abroad;
Having regard to the amended Decree of 28 March 1967 relating to the conditions of application to officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in service in diplomatic missions and consular posts of amended Decree No. 67-290 of 28 March 1967 setting out the modalities for calculating the emoluments of State personnel and public institutions of the administrative State in service abroad,
Stop:

Article 1

The time of stay for the expenses of an administrative leave in France is set in accordance with the table annexed to this Order.

Article 2

The amended decision of 2 June 1998 on the fixing of residence times for officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on duty in diplomatic missions and consular posts is repealed.

Article 3

The Director General of Administration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Director of Budget at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
