Decree of 15 October 2002 on the cancellation of appropriations

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Having regard to Article 19 of Order No. 59-2 of 2 January 1959, which deals with the Organic Law on Financial Laws;
Considering Article 14 of Organic Law No. 2001-692 of 1 August 2001 on Financial Laws;
In view of the Financial Law and the Appropriation and Cancellation of 2002
Decrete:

Article 1

A programme authorization of EUR 198,184 and a payment credit of EUR 258,493 for the budgets and chapters listed in the table annexed to this Order is cancelled in 2002.

Article 2

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister for Budget and Budget Reform are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
