It is created in the Ministry of Defence, at the Navy's headquarters, an automated personal data processing called "PYTHEAS" implemented by the central management of marine information systems and whose purpose is to manage the computer park in the directions of marine information systems.
The personal data categories recorded are those relating to:
- identity (name, name, login, password) ;
- professional life (grade, function, address [office, building], telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, organization, affected equipment, more used equipment);
- the use of media and means of communication (connection history).
The personal data thus recorded shall be retained until the individual leaves.
The recipients of recorded personal data are, depending on their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
- the central direction of marine information systems;
- the directions of marine information systems.
The right of opposition provided for in section 38 of the above-mentioned Act of 6 January 1978 cannot be invoked in connection with this treatment.
The rights of access and rectification provided for in sections 39 et seq. of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above shall be exercised with the Central Director of Marine Information Systems, BP 203, 00489 Armées.
The Central Director of Marine Information Systems is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
