In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 concerning the technical committees of parity;
Having regard to the decision of 2 March 2004 establishing a central technical committee with the Director of the Agency for French Education abroad;
In view of the decision of 25 January 2007 setting out the terms and conditions of consultation with staff to determine the representativeness of the trade union organizations to designate staff representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Agency for French Education abroad;
Considering the minutes of the staff consultation held on 4 July 2007;
On the proposal of the Director of the Agency for French Education abroad, Stop:
The list of trade union organizations capable of appointing staff representatives to the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Agency for French Education abroad and the number of seats allocated to each of them are set as follows:
Joint Trade Union Federation (FSU): four incumbent representatives and four alternate representatives;
National Union of Autonomous Trade Unions (UNSA-Education) : a incumbent representative and an alternate representative.
The trade union organizations referred to in Article 1 shall have a period of fifteen days from the publication of this Order to communicate to the Director of the Agency for French Education abroad the name of the incumbent and alternate representatives they have designated.
The Director of the Agency for French Education abroad is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
