Decree of 10 October 2002 on delegation of signature

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
In view of the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorizing Ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In view of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
Having regard to the decree of 8 July 1999 appointing the Director General of Administration;
Having regard to the amended Decree of 23 May 2002 on delegation of signature for the general management of the administration;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to the decision of 2 July 1999 concerning the organization and powers of the general management of the administration;
Considering the decision of 2 July 1999 on the organization of services of the general management of the administration;
Having regard to the amended decision of 16 May 2002 bearing delegation of signature for the general management of the administration,
Decrete:

Article 1


Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 23 May 2002 is thus written:
“Art. 2. - In the event of the absence or incapacitation of Mr. Christian Galliard de Lavernée, Mr. Olivier Morzelle and Gilles Burban, chief engineers of rural engineering, water and forests, and Philippe de Chazeaux, senior civil administrator, have delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all decisions, decrees, decrees and powers »

Article 2


Article 2-2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 23 May 2002 reads as follows:
"Art. 2-2. - In case of absence or incapacitation of MM. Christian Galliard de Lavernée and Philippe de Chazeaux, Anne-Marie Mitaut, Civil Administrator, Pascal Chiron and Bernard Bagou, Senior Officials of Central Administration, Mr. Pierrick Daniel, Senior Administrative Officer, and Ms. Rose-Marie Tenaud, Contract Officer, have delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Orders, to the exception of their decisions »

Article 3


After Article 2-5 of the above-mentioned Decree of 23 May 2002, a new article 2-5-1 is added, as follows:
"Art. 2-5-1. - In the event of the absence or incapacitation of Mr. Christian Galliard de Lavernée, Philippe de Chazeaux and Pierrick Daniel, Mr. Patrick Legeay, Chief Service Officer of the Ministry responsible for agriculture, has a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of the »

Article 4


Article 2-6 of the above-mentioned Decree of 23 May 2002 reads as follows:
"Art. 2-6. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Christian Galliard de Lavernée and Mr. Gilles Burban, Ms. Sylvie Terraillot, chief engineer of rural engineering, water and forests, Mr. François Mauvais, engineer of rural works, and Mr. Gilbert Pernin, head of mission, have delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Orders and Orders in Council, »

Article 5


Article 2-8 of the above-mentioned Decree of 23 May 2002 reads as follows:
"Art. 2-8. - In the event of the absence or incapacitation of MM. Christian Galliard de Lavernée and Olivier Morzelle, MM. Frédéric Damiens, Chief Inspector of Veterinary Public Health, and Rémi Laforest, Head of Central Administration, have a delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of decrees, all acts, decrees and decisions, within the limits of their powers. »

Article 6


The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
