Decree of 10 October 2002 appointing the Chairperson of the Commission on Exchange Operations

On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Considering article L. 621-2 of the monetary and financial code;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Decrete:

Article 1


Mr. Jean-François Lepetit was appointed as of October 16, 2002 as Chairman of the Exchange Operations Commission.

Article 2


The Prime Minister and the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry are responsible for the implementation of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
