By order of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea and the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Land Management dated 2 October 2002, the opening of an internal competition for the recruitment of technical advisers for the social service of equipment is authorized under the year 2002.
The number of positions offered is 3.
The registration deadline is November 15, 2002.
The date of the written examinations and the composition of the jury will be the subject of an order by the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea.

2. The registration records are obtained exclusively, in accordance with the instructions contained in the notice corresponding to the contest requested:
(a) For all, without distinction as to place of residence, by downloading on intranet (agents of the METLTM) at http://intra.dpsm.i2/ concours/telecharge.htm, or on the internet at www.equipement.gouv.fr/recruitment. In both cases, refer to the "removal of records" column of the appropriate table, the line corresponding to the contest requested;
(b) For people who do not live in Paris (75), by mail or visit the DDE of the department of residence;
(c) For people living in Paris (75), by mail or visit to the regional management of equipment in Ile-de-France (DREIF) (training and competition office), 21-23, rue Miollis, 75732 Paris Cedex 15.
To receive a file by mail, attach an envelope to the request in the format of 22.9 x 32.4 cm, labeled on the candidate's name and address and freed at EUR 1.75. Otherwise, no records will be sent.
3. For all candidates, applications for registration will be required on the forms specifically developed for this competition by the DPSM/AC2 Office of Personnel, Services and Modernization.
Registration records accompanied by the required documents must be exclusively entrusted directly to postal services in a timely manner so that the shipment envelope sent exclusively in accordance with the terms specified in the accompanying notice presents an obliteration date of Friday, 15 November 2002 at the latest (the stamp of the position being authentic).
Any file filed after that date or in an envelope bearing a post cachet after November 15, 2002 or after that date in an envelope bearing no post cachet will be refused.
