In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 on statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of the amended Decree No. 82-993 of 24 November 1982 establishing and operating the National Centre for Scientific Research, including articles 9 and 14;
Having regard to Decree No. 93-241 of 22 February 1993 establishing conditions of appointment and advancement in the employment of regional delegate of the National Centre for Scientific Research;
Considering the opinion of the technical committee of the National Centre for Scientific Research dated 3 March 2005;
The State Council (Finance Section) heard,
Decrete:
It is inserted at the beginning of the second paragraph of Article 2 of the decree of 22 February 1993 referred to a "1°" and at the beginning of the third paragraph of the same article a "2°".
It is added to Article 2 of the same decree a fourth paragraph as follows:
« 3° Officials who belong to a class body or framework A or the same level with a terminal index greater than the gross index 966 or with a grade with a terminal index at least equal to the gross index 966 and which have occupied for a period of at least six years one or more jobs with a terminal index at least equal to the gross index 1015. »
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, the Minister of Public Service, the Minister for Budget and State Reform, the spokesperson for the Government, and the Minister for Higher Education and Research are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
